   sorry for leaving a comment but it is the only way that I could contact you.

   Could you please remove this theme from your directory? I have been penalized by Google for paid links and want to submit a reconsideration request but need to remove this sponsored them before doing so.

   We understand that Google now sees sponsorship of templates as spam as Matt Cutts has stated here,

   In the forum it is stated that the banned site will need to remove all instances of their link in the sponsored template before Google will consider letting the site back into their index. This will also mean that I will need to stop allowing the template to spread further – I must attempt to stop anyone else using the template with my link included.
